Andrea Oprosko, CPA  

Andrea has over 25 years of broad-based accounting, consulting, audit, and financial business experience working with a large national accounting firm, a large Midwestern regional firm in the Chicago area, and as a controller for a large agribusiness She has been involved in all aspects of external auditing.  Over the past few years she has developed an expertise working with start-up companies by assisting with the development of the financial structure of the businesses as well as streamlining and structuring the financial reporting and monthly and annual closings.   

Joe Oprosko, CPA  

Joe has over 25 years of broad-based accounting, consulting, audit, training, and financial business experience working with a large national consulting firm, a large second-tier national CPA firm, a large regional firm in New York City, and a small firm in Minnesota.  He has been involved in all aspects of internal and external auditing.  Joe has also developed an expertise working with start-up and early growth companies in assisting with the development of business plans, and obtaining financing, as well as, streamlining and structuring the financial reporting.  Additionally, he has been a national director of professional education for a large national accounting firm, responsible for the entire audit and accounting curricula, along with writing articles for industry magazines particularly relating to the gaming industry.
